NANCY SIRIANNI is a singer, songwriter, actor and producer from Long Island, New York.
Her long-time group, recording artists the scoldees, released two CDs of original music
that received rave reviews and nationwide airplay:
MY PATHETIC LIFE (OHR Records ©2000) accumulated over 15,000 Internet downloads;
NIGHTCAP WORLD (©2003) cuts were added to the regular playlists of over 330 radio stations in multiple formats across the United States.
Band credits include Woodstock '99, Mountain Stage NewSong Festival, The Bottom Line (NYC),The Whisky A-Go-Go (LA), and Jazz Cafe The Duke in Leiden, The Netherlands. Now performing solo, Nancy recently opened for American Idol Taylor Hicks at the Mid-Hudson Civic Center in Poughkeepsie, NY. You can hear Nancy's original songs in the soundtrack of the upcoming feature film National Lampoon's One Two Many, as well as six independent films and MTV reality shows, MADE and MY SUPER SWEET 16.
Nancy’s acting credits include countless stage productions Off-Off Broadway, nine independent films, a guest-starring role on the weekly series HIGH TIDE starring Rick Springfield, and featured roles on AMERICA'S MOST WANTED and on NBC Television’s LAW & ORDER Criminal Intent.
Nancy's has many production credits in theatre, music and comedy. Her company is Spinning Plates Productions, Inc., and her most recent production was four pilot episodes of a new game show starring comedian Jackie Martling called
Play With Jackie, which was shot in High Def in February 2008 at Manhattan Theatre Source, Greenwich Village, NY.
